Du`a al-Hajj
This supplication is called Du`a' al-Hajj. It has been narrated by Sayyid Ibn Tawus in ‘al-Iqbal’ that Imam al-Sadiq (AS) used to say this supplication after the Maghrib (sunset) Prayers in Ramadhan.
Moreover, Shaykh al-Kaf`amiy, in ‘al-Balad al-Amen’, has narrated that it is recommended to recite the supplication every day in Ramadhan and especially at the first night of it.
As for Shaykh al-Mufed, he, in his book of ‘al-Muqni`ah’, has mentioned that the supplication is exclusively said at the first night of Ramadhan after the Maghrib Prayer.
In ‘al-Kafe’, al-Kulayniy has narrated on the authority of Abu-Baser that Imam al-Sadiq (AS) used to say the following supplication in Ramadhan:

In the name of Allah, |
Bismillahir rahmanir rahim |
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم |
| O Allah: From You and by You, I beseech for settling my need, | allahumma inne bika waminka atlubu hajate | اللّهُمَّ إنِّي بِكَ وَمِنْكَ أَطْلُبُ حَاجَتِي، |
| If others beg people for settling their needs, | waman talaba hajatan ilan-nas | وَمَنْ طَلَبَ حَاجَةً إلَى النَّاسِ |
| I ask none except You for settling my need; | fa-inne la atlubu hajate illa mink | فَإنِّي لا أَطْلُبُ حَاجَتِي إلا مِنْكَ |
| From You alone, since You have no partner with You | wahdaka la shareka lak | وَحْدَكَ لا شَرِيكَ لَكَ، |
| and I thus implore You in the name of Your favor and Your pleasure, | wa-as`aluka bifadhlika waridhwanik | وَأَسْأَلُكَ بِفَضْلِكَ وَرِضْوَانِكَ |
| to send blessings upon Muhammad and his Household, | an tusalliya `ala muhammadin wa-ahli baytih | أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ |
| And to choose for me a way to Your Holy House this year: | wa-an taj'ala le fe `ame hadha ila baytikal-harami sabela | وَأَنْ تَجْعَلَ لِي فِي عَامِي هذَا إلَى بَيْتِكَ الْحَرَامِ سَبِيلاً |
| A pilgrimage that is admitted, accepted, pure, and sincerely for You | hijjatan mabruratan mutaqabbalatan zakiyatan khalisatan lak | حِجَّةً مَبْرُورَةً مُتَقَبَّلَةً زَاكِيةً خَالِصَةً لَكَ |
| By which You delight me, | taqarru biha `ayne | تَقَرُّ بِهَا عَيْنِي، |
| And raise my rank with You | watarfa’u biha darajate | وَتَرْفَعُ بِهَا دَرَجَتِي، |
| And to confer upon me with the grace of making me cast my sight down (against what is illegal for me to look at) | watarzuqane an aghudhdha basare | وَتَرْزُقَنِي أَنْ أَغُضَّ بَصَرِي، |
| And making me act chastely | wa-an ahfaza farje | وَأَنْ أَحْفَظَ فَرْجِي، |
| And making me stop committing any deed that You have deemed unlawful | wa-an akuffa biha `an jame’i maharimik | وَأَنْ أَكُفَّ بِهَا عَنْ جَمِيعِ مَحَارِمِكَ |
| So that nothing will be more preferred in my sight than the obedience to You and the fear of You | hatta la yakuna shay`un athara `inde min ta’atika wakhashyatik | حَتَّى لا يَكُونَ شَيْءٌ آثَرَ عِنْدِي مِنْ طَاعَتِكَ وَخَشْيَتِكَ |
| And doing all that which You love, | wal-`amali bima ahbabta | وَالْعَمَلِ بِمَا أَحْبَبْتَ، |
| And avoiding all that which You have detested and warned against. | wat-tarki lima karihta wanahayta `anh | وَالتَّرْكِ لِمَا كَرِهْتَ وَنَهَيْتَ عَنْهُ، |
| And (please) make all that take place with easiness, lenience, and good health as well as the grave that You have bestowed upon me. | waj’al dhalika fe yusrin wayasarin wa-`afiyatin wama an’amta bihe `alayy | وَاجْعَلْ ذلِكَ فِي يُسْرٍ وَيَسَارٍ وَعَافِيَةٍ وَمَا أَنْعَمْتَ بِهِ عَلَيَّ، |
| And I beseech You to cause me to die as martyr for Your sake, | wa-as`aluka an tahala wafate qatlan fe sabelik | وَأَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تَجْعَلَ وَفَاتِي قَتْلاً فِي سَبِيلِكَ |
| Under the pennon of Your Prophet and in the line of Your intimate servants. | tahta rayati nabiyyik ma’a awliya`ik | تَحْتَ رَايَةِ نَبِيِّكَ مَعَ أَوْلِيَائِكَ، |
| And I ask You to make me the means of killing Your enemies and the enemies of Your Messenger. | wa-as`aluka an taqtula be a’da`aka wa-a’da`a rasulik | وَأَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تَقْتُلَ بِي أَعْدَاءَكَ وَأَعْدَاءَ رَسُولِكَ، |
| And I ask You to honor me through humiliating any one of Your created beings that You choose, | wa-as`aluka an tukrimane bihawani man shi`ta min khalqik | وَأَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تُكْرِمَنِي بِهَوَانِ مَنْ شِئْتَ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ |
| And not to humiliate me through honoring any of Your intimate servants. | wala tuhinne bikaramati ahadin min awliya`ik | وَلا تُهِنِّي بِكَرَامَةِ أَحَدٍ مِنْ أَوْلِيَائِكَ |
| O Allah: find me a way with the Messenger. | allahummaj’al le ma’ar-rasuli sabela | اللّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ لِي مَعَ الرَّسُولِ سَبِيلاً، |
| Allah is Sufficient unto me! Only that which Allah wants shall take place. | hasbiyallahu ma sha’ allah. | حَسْبِيَ اللّهُ، مَا شَاءَ اللّهُ. |
